BLEND
1 1/2 C fresh carrot juice
1 T mint leaves
1 t jalapeno
1 t fresh ginger
1 t garlic, minced
1/3 C avocado
2 T Nama Shoyu (or 1.5 t Celtic Sea Salt)
1 T basil leaves
GARNISH
2 T diced avocado
2 t chopped mint leaves
2 t diced red bell peppers
2 t chopped scallions
Pour into serving bowls and eat immediately!
