JUICE (or BLEND)
4 tomatoes
1/2 cucumber
1/4 red pepper
1 garlic clove
2 stalks celery
1 T Nama Shoyu (or 1 t Himalayan or Celtic Sea Salt)
GARNISH
2 T diced avocado
2 t chopped basil leaves
2 t diced red bell pepper
2 t chopped scallions
Pour soup into serving bowls, garnish, and serve immediately!
