COMBINE
1 lb. soaked nuts of choice (walnuts, almonds and cashews work well)
1 lb. grated carrots
1 chopped onion
1 T sweetener (raw honey, agave or yacon)
1 T oil
1/4 C ground flax
2 T cumin
2-3 T nutritional yeast
1-2 t Celtic sea salt
Process all ingredients in processor until a firm pate. If mixture is not firm enough, add dried dill, parsley, onion or garlic, or more nutritional yeast or flax. If fish burgers are desired add 1-2 T Sea Seasonings, or dulse or kelp flakes to the mixture.
Form into balls or patties and sprinkle with a little paprika before serving.
