Blend
1/4 C water or coconut water
1 ripe banana
1 C fresh or frozen strawberries, blueberries or blackberries
1 T. spirulina (or other green powder of choice)
1/4 C hemp seeds or ground flax
optional: --1 T raw cacao powder and/or 1 T raw maca powder
--1/2 C chopped fresh greens such as spinach, parsley, kale, celery or Romaine lettuce
