FILLING
1 stalk celery
1 t slippery elm
1 T cold pressed oil of choice
1 T raw tahini
1/2 T miso
1/4 C cucumber
1 t fresh minced ginger
1/2 T Bragg's Liquid Aminos
Blend all, adding a little water for consistency if necessary. Put aside.
DULSE CRUMBLES
1-1 1/2 C dulse pieces
Heat a bit of oil in a skillet and when hot, drop dulse in for a few seconds until its color lightens. Remove immediately and drain well on paper towel. Put aside.
BASE
3-4 pieces Manna Bread
1 1/2-2 C ground sesame seeds
1 zucchini, shredded
1 tomato, sliced
4 T spirulina powder, or spirulina flakes with lecithin
Open Manna Bread and flatten into the bottom of a pie plate. Layer half of the sesame seeds over bread. Sprinkle half of the spirulina over the sesame. Drizzle filling over, cover with the rest of the sesame and spirulina and sprinkle the top with the dulse crumbles.
