    They specialize in Nut Cheezes, which are made from raw organic cashews and fermented according to traditional Bulgarian technique. And free of dairy, gluten and soy. We are carrying Cream Style Herbed Nut Cheeze, Cream Style Nut Cheeze Vanilla Cranberry, Feta style Nut Cheeze Original, Feta Style Nut Cheeze Garlic & Dill, and Feta Style Nut Cheeze Cracked Pepper.

    In addition, we carry other products such as Chocolate Hazelnut macaroons and Orange Cashew macaroons as well as the Vanilla Bean Mini Cheezecakes.

    So every once in awhile you have a cookie that blows your mind and you turn into the cookie monster and shove as many as you can into your gullet. I may have eaten an entire box in one sitting, well I did get up to have another cup of tea to enjoy them with.
