So it's sun burn season....ouch!
What do i do??? ALOE get the plant or even better get Aloe Force Gel! So it's not a secret we have a chocolate addiction. We have entered meetings to discuss this but lets be honest it ain't that bad, am i right? No big deal as the kids say.

Today I felt like I needed a sweet treat but couldn't decide so went browsing through some of our books..Then Karyn Calabrese's book Soak your Nuts jumped out at me. Literally fell on my foot.
And the yum recipe commenced! Banana PUDDING! SAY WHA???
1 1/4 cups of Cashews
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup honey
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
3 Tablespoons flaxseeds
2 bananas, sliced
(You can get all the above except bananas at HIGH VIBE-although I'm sure you can water on your own)
Put the cashews, water, honey, vanilla extract and oil in a blender. Process for 5 minutes or until smooth and creamy, stopping occasionally to scrape down the blender jar.
Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of the flaxseeds in a serving dish or cup. Add a few banana slices, about 1/2 cup of the cashew mixture, another layer of banana slices, and another teaspoon of flaxseeds. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

RASPBERRY YOGURT MINI-POPS
COMBINE
- 2 C cultured soy
- 1-2 T agave nectar (or sweetener of choice)
- 3/4 C fresh raspberries, (or frozen thawed) mashed with a fork
- makes 12-14 mini-Popsicle sticks
Stir
all food ingredients together. Next, spoon the raspberry yogurt mixture
into an ice cube tray and insert sticks. Freeze until solid then
transfer to a freezer bag. Return to the freezer until serving.
Tray
options: 1 oz ice-cube tray servings are just the right size for
toddlers and preschoolers. For older children, there are great Popsicle
trays on the market for making homemade Popsicles.
