How about BBQ Cauliflower?
We have Annie Padden Jubb and David Jubb's Recipe from LifeFood Recipe Book that we are willing to share with you (as long as we get the leftovers)
1 large head cauliflower, or 2 small
2 cups bean sprouts
1 cup sunflower seeds, soaked a few hours then rinsed
10 sun dried tomato slices, soaked in 1 1/2 cups of charged water,until soft
2 ripe tomotoes
4 tbsps olive oil
4 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp honey,or maple syrup or raisins
1 tsp chili powder
Cayenne powder, to taste
1 tsp ginger powder
1 cup rejuvelac or apple juice
Bragg liquid aminos, to taste
Garlic powder, to taste
Wash and cut cauliflower into bite-sized pieces and place in bowl with bean sprouts and soaked sunflower seeds. Soak sun-dried tomatoes in charged water until soft (usually a few hours). Blend soaked sun-dried tomatoes with ssoak water and the remaining ingredients in blender. Pour sauce over the cauliflower mixture. Toss well. Marinade 2 hours or more in refridgerator. Toss again and serve.
Side dish for 4-6!
