So it's St. Patricks Day and everyone is wearing Green. Today is the perfect day to not hear why are you drinking that GREEN DRINK?! IT looks gross. In fact TODAY you will not get a weird look for your green SHAKE.

The GREEN  X 3 SMOOTHIE

1 cup spinach

2 cups water

1 cup pineapple

1 cup mango

1 teaspoon lemon

1 teaspoon spirulina

2 teaspoons wheat grass powder

Mix Spinach and the water. Peel the pineapple and mango and cut into chunks. Add remaining ingredients and blend again.

Now DRINK and BE IRISH!

Super Electrolyte Lemonade Superhero Cleanser

1.5 Liters of Spring Water

1-2 pinches sea salt, Miracle salt, Himalyan Salt, or some other super salt

Juice of an entire lemon (with white pith blended if possible)

1000-2000 mg MSM

1-2 tbsp of local wild honey

5-15 drops of liquid zeolite

5-15 drops fulvic acid (or 1 tsp of shilijit)

1000-2000 mg of Noni Powder

Mix together and have a great rest of your day!!!

DRY to the BONE!

So I don't know about you but my skin is drying out as if it were to be turned into JERKY! This winter has been unbareable to my poor skin. I'm usually prone to creating a combination of oils and essential oils as my usual skin treatment. Needless to say it has not worked.
