Try this easy Carrot Soup that incorporates Black Pepper Essential Oil.
3 large carrots
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tablespoon Nama Shoyu raw unpasteurized soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon dried Tarragon
2 tablespoon Artisana coconut butter
1 cup of hot or cold water, or more depending on texture preferences
1 to 3 drops Young Living Black Pepper Essential Oil
Peel or scrub carrots, chop into pieces and add to your blender.
Add all the other ingredients, except the Black Pepper Essential Oil.
Blend till smooth.
Now add the Essential Oil, starting with one drop, blend again and taste test and add more Black Pepper Essential Oil to your liking.
