Papaya Amla Smoothie
- 1 cup fresh papaya in cubes
- 1/2 cup of fresh berries such as raspberry, strawberries or blueberries
- a handful spinach or kale, stems removed from kale
- 1tsp Amla Berry Powder
- 1 tbsp virgin coconut oil
- 1 tbsp raw pumpkin seeds
- coconut milk or any nut milk, enough to reach your desired consistency
- a couple ice cubs, optional
Add all ingredients into your blender, and mix till smooth.
Pina Amla Colada Smoothie
- 1 to 2 hand full of baby spinach
- 1/2 pineapple
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 tsp Amla Berry Powder
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup ice, optional
Add all ingredients into your blender, and mix till smooth.
