Today we bring an easy, delicious and health cream cheese spread.
The secret ingredient is dulse!
Dulse is a nutrient rich form of red alga.
Some of the health benefits of dulse may include:

- Improvement of the thyroid gland
- Optimize the gastrointestinal system
- Lower blood pressure
- Strengthen the brain and nervous system
- Boosting circulation
In our recipe we use dulse not only for all it's benefits but even more so to give the cream cheese a fresh taste.
Ingredients:
1 cup raw cashews, preferably soaked and drainer for 2 hours
1 cucumber, peeled
Juice of 1 lemon
3 drops lemon essential oil, optional but recommended
1 small clove of garlic
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp dulse
1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
2 small bulb of spring onions, finely sliced
Place all ingredients into your blender, except for the onions.
Process until smooth.
Use as a dip for veggies, to put on crackers, or in salad dressings.
