Usually I drink Reishi as a tea, or as a latte with some nut milk yum! But what do you when the weather is so beautifully hot and you look for a refreshing drink?
Well you go and turn your Reishi Tea into Lemonade or Reishi Iced Tea. :)
Whatever you want to name it, it is so refreshing and tasty I can't get enough of it.
A 16 oz mason jar of filtered water
1/2 to 1tsp Reishi powder
Juice of 1 lemon
2 to 3 drops lemon essential oil, optional
Raw Honey, Stevia, Maple Syrup or liquid sweetener of your choice
Tightly close the lid of your mason jar and give your mixture a good shake, this is where you can show your bartender skills. ;)
You could also blend it in your vitamix.
